I recently learned Mrs. Shields and Mrs. Walsh were nominated as Chopps Champions! Chopps Champions is a community-wide opportunity to honor Burlington’s local community heroes! It is very exciting and we are filled with pride for two Fox Hill staff members being touted for their work in health care and for their work in the community! Mrs. Shields is a healthcare worker extraordinaire as she extends herself daily for her patients at Winchester Hospital and her students and their families at Fox Hill School. Suzy works to connect with her students at Fox Hill School with a smile and a bit of humor. She instantly puts children at ease. Mrs. Walsh gives her time, her care and her compassion, not only to the Fox Hill School community, but to the community group, People Helping People for over 25 years. There is nothing Judy Walsh would not do for someone in need and she does so with joy and with a smile. Congratulations Mrs. Walsh and Mrs. Shields on your nomination! Please take a moment every day to vote for Mrs. Shields and Mrs. Walsh our community and Fox Hill School heroes!
The website is http://www.choppschampions.com/ to vote once every 24 hours until April 7th.
Fox Hill School also wants to celebrate and congratulate the many fine candidates that were also nominated. What extraordinary people, what an extraordinary community!
